Project Control: What is the work like?

Project Control covers estimating, cost control, planning and commercial support. The course covers the effective use of IT in project control, monitoring risks and reviewing contingencies, effectively applying quality assurance. You will also learn how to prepare budgets, programmes and schedules, carry out cost control, calculate financial outcomes and calculate completion data.
