Original job title: Paralegal
Current job title: Corporate Strategy Manager

Supported Learning and Career Development

I first started working for Doosan in 2004 during my gap year, and the company has since sponsored me to further my education:

  • 2005: Bachelor of Laws, University of Warwick
  • 2009: Legal Practice Course (LPC), College of Law, London

With Doosan's support, I was able to develop my experience in commercial and corporate law, assist in a number of transactions including the company's acquisition of Doosan Lentjes, and qualify as a solicitor in 2013.

My legal training has provided a good foundation for my new role as Corporate Strategy Manager.

My key responsibilities include:

  • delivering special projects in line with the requirements of the CEO function
  • liaising with business functions in the UK, Europe, and at DHI
  • setting, reviewing, and coordinating a managing-by-objectives project
