Our Graduate Programme is a 2 year programme accredited by a number of engineering institutes including The Institute of Physics (IOP), The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) and The Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE). On our programme you will get an opportunity to experience a number of different placements across the UK, with the possibility of working abroad. As you build your skills in the working environment, we will also help develop your commercial and project management skills.

It’s not all about work though! You will also have the chance to be part of a group that implements its own graduate conference, be involved in supporting a number of graduate charities and even represent Doosan Babcock at various career fairs.

Salary

• Starting salary: £27,500 to £31,500
• Additional, bi-annual salary progression opportunities in the first two years
• Bonus scheme (non contractual)
